This website, daviecom.pro, is operated by David Ground (“DaviEcom”, “I”, “me”). This policy explains what information is collected when you use the site or apply for mentorship, and how it is used.
Information collected
Application details you provide: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, e-commerce experience, store or business URL, initial budget, what you are working on, your biggest challenge, your main goal, the kind of help you want, and how you found DaviEcom.
Messages you send me on WhatsApp or Telegram, including anything you share in those chats.
Technical and advertising data collected automatically by third-party services described below, such as your IP address, browser and device information, and cookie or similar identifiers.
Why it is used
Your information is used to review your application, reply to your questions, decide whether DaviEcom is a good fit, discuss mentorship plans, deliver mentorship you sign up for, keep the site secure and working, and display advertising. I do not sell your personal information.
How the application works
The application form on this site does not send your answers to a server. Your answers are composed in your browser into a message, and you choose to send that message to me through WhatsApp or Telegram. The details are shared only when you press send in that app. Selecting WhatsApp or Telegram opens a link to that service, and your use of it is covered by its own terms and privacy policy. For Telegram, the message may also be copied to your clipboard so you can paste it into the chat.
WhatsApp and Telegram
When you message me, I receive your name or username, phone number or Telegram details, and the content of your messages. I use these only to communicate with you about DaviEcom. WhatsApp and Telegram are operated by third parties, who process your messages under their own policies.
Google AdSense, advertising and cookies
This site uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, which can include ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to prevent fraud and abuse. You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. You can also control or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Google Search Console
I use Google Search Console to understand how the site appears in Google Search, such as which searches lead to it and whether pages can be found. It reports on search performance and site health and does not give me the personal details of individual visitors.
Other third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, which may process technical data such as your IP address in order to serve pages. If you choose a language other than English, the page is translated by Google Translate, which loads from Google and may process technical data such as your IP address and the page text. Your language choice is stored in a cookie on your device. We also use Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and which buttons are clicked. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect technical data such as your IP address (shortened) and device information. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
I keep application details and messages for as long as needed to respond to you, assess your application, provide mentorship, and keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your information at any time (see below). Third-party services keep data according to their own policies.
Security
I take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with me. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card numbers or other highly sensitive information through chat.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information I hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how it is used, or to withdraw consent. To make a request, email the contact below and I will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site and the mentorship are intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from children.

7-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with DaviEcom mentorship, you may request a refund within 7 days of your start date.
